EnviroScience continues to keep pace with its 2010 Weatherhead Award; as one of the fastest growing companies in North East Ohio. We are pleased to announce the continued growth of the team with the recent additions of Nicole Davis and Jamie Singer. Both have a wide array of skills and talents which will help the organization achieve another record breaking year.

Nicole Davis – Project Administrator

Nicole Davis comes to EnviroScience after almost 20 years of managing her own contracting career as a business and project administrator.  Ms. Davis has provided successful administration services on several projects within the U.S. Department of Defense, NASA and The State Department; as well as many high profile companies in the private sector.  As a result, she has developed a broad knowledge of various industries and distinctive business practices.  Her most recent studies have been in the time and conflict management fields.

Jamie Singer- Environmental Scientists/Administrative Specialist

With an undergraduate degree in Geology and a Master’s degree in Public Administration, Ms. Singer has 3 years’ experience as an environmental scientist specializing in various environmental issues as they relate to governmental restrictions and regulations. She has broad experience organizing and coordinating the activities of multidisciplinary teams with diverse backgrounds and disparate objectives.  Jamie worked to secure funding for a local ecology center specializing in organic farming and distribution through the regional food banks. She was responsible for the GIS programming used in multiple municipalities’ redistricting requirements based on the 2010 U.S. Census Data. Ms. Singer also spent time working for a State wide 501(c)3 where she worked on the team to secure a  Gubernatorial veto,  maintaining the State of Ohio’s’ participation in the protection of the Great Lakes Compact. She also had extensive experience working in the hydraulic- fracking debate, in particular the handling and disposal of used fracking fluids.  During her undergraduate work, Ms. Singer contributed to a research project conducted at the University of Akron, linking hurricane intensity in the Bahamas Storr’s Lake to the monsoon seasons of Africa, through the event deposition and biological responses. For this project she was responsible for the cleaning and preparation of the core samples obtained. Ostracode and mollusk faunal sampling and identification as well as grain size evaluation.
